Mobile Car Valeting Services in London

Apart from making your car look great, the primary benefit of having your car professionally valeted on a regular basis is that it significantly increases the resale value. A car that has been professionally looked after will sell a lot better and quicker than a car that has been neglected. Tree sap, overspray and industrial fallout are all major factors to why your paintwork is rough and lacks shine. We can restore your paintwork with the latest renovation technology and polishes.

Even the most effective and modern automatic car washes will ruin your cars paintwork. They use detergents and chemicals which are harmful to the paintwork and plastics. These chemicals will fade the paintwork and accelerate the paintwork ageing process and oxidation. These overly strong chemicals are used to compensate for the inefficiency of the large rubber rollers and in addition the rollers create tiny scratches or haze across the paint.

A polish is used to remove a microscopic layer of paint to remove light scratches and swirl, different graded of polish are used depending on the paint correction needs. A wax will add shine but primarily will protect the paint by acting as a protective coating by sealing the paint.

It keeps airborne contaminants from reaching the paint and starting a chemical reaction. It also diffuses (refracts) uv and infrared radiation from the sun, this prevents both from being absorbed by the pigment in the paint which would result in overheating, fade, dullness and oxidisation of the paint. A waxed/polished car will have a lower paint surface temperature than a car that has not been polished/waxed!

If the cancellation is on the same day as the booking, then you will be charged a percentage of the total amount of the work. Percentage depends on the work that should have been carried out. If the cancellation is over 24 hours away from the booking then you will not be charged any cancellation fee, as this gives enough time to allow other work to be booked in.
