We have power and water on board, so we need just enough room to park next to your vehicle.
Most of the diesel engines have no issues to be cleaned and dressed, but anyway if you are not sure in your one, please advise us before the cleaning.
Any broken parts, scratched wires or any issues that might do any damage on your engine, have to be either isolated or pointed out to our valeter.
Petrol engines are a bit more gentle with water, so therefore, please advise if you do not want us to go ahead with your engine cleaning.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE the engine IS SAFE FOR WASH.
Hybrid or Full Electric engine bays ARE NOT RECOMMENDED to be cleaned !
Unfortunately weather is one thing we can not control.
We would not recommend to go ahead, if you have chosen one of our premium packages, e.g. Full valeting, Platinum valeting, Full Detailing etc.
Most of the packages involving premium interior cleaning and any machine polishing or paint protections are not suitable to be done under rain or strong winds.
Full list of packages not recommend it to go in bad weather (heavy raining, strong winds, heatwaves, snowing)

*Any Paint protection package (Ceramic coating, GuardX, Advanced polish)
Therefore we would recommend to reschedule for another time, where the weather is with us.

All of our customers which a located in to a Payable zones, such as Clean Air Zone, Congestion Zone, Ultra Low Emission Zone, Low Emission Zone, Car parks and etc. , need to pay us the actual charge on top of their service charge.
That will be added on the Invoice or Receipt as an additional charge.

In most cases we will shampoo the seats only once and they are be dry 2-3 hours after completion. If the upholstery is in bad condition we need to shampoo it more than 2 times – in this case it may take longer.
Most of the time – yes, but if there is any heavy smell, such as cigarette smoke, milk stains, pet smell, etc., you might need to add our Ozone and Airbomb treatments.
We suggest NOT to clean if there is any significant damage. The best option is to get that repaired before the valet. If there is a small issue like an engine problem(if we clean the engine bay), water leak, broken windshield, peeling lacquer coating, etc. please let our team know in advance as we can NOT take responsibility for any furder damage.
f your vehicle requires more work than usual – we will let you know before we start work for any additional charges. We will start work only if you agree. Don’t worry you won’t have any unexpected charges.
It’s going to be really hard for us to work on your vehicle if there is any major damage. Please contact us in advance.
